Luka Doncic seems overjoyed with leading Slovenia to the medal round. And rightfully so.

So here's what Luka Doncic has accomplished (so far) with Slovenia this summer:

- Led Slovenia, a nation with the population of New Mexico, to it's first appearance in Olympic basketball by dropping a 30 point triple-double in a winner-take-all game to qualify for Tokyo.

- Now has a 17-0 record with the Slovenian national team.

- Highest scoring game (48 points) in Olympic basketball history since 1984.

- Has Slovenia undefeated at the Olympics and just a single win away from a medal

No matter how the next 2 games turn out, Luka's summer has been absolutely historic by any definition. If Slovenia takes home a medal, even bronze, I'd consider that a greater accomplishment than nearly any NBA Championship.
